Dane County Clerk of Courts: The Clerk of Court’s website for Dane County, containing forms links, phone numbers, courthouse map, and other useful information for court cases proceeding in Dane County.
www.collabdivorce.com: This is the website for Wisconsin’s collaborative divorce group, of which Attorney Caplan is a member. Collaborative divorce is a fairly recent practice, used by parties who are genuinely committed to cooperative problem-solving and resolution of their case by themselves without use of the courts.
